APPOINTMENTS
We operate by appointment only. Please call or visit our website to
schedule an appointment. The more notice you give on an appointment the more
likely you are to get the time you request. Please arrive on time for your
appointment. As a courtesy to you as well as our other clients, appointment
times are reduced for late arrivals in order to accommodate our next
scheduled client. If you are a new client please arrive early to fill out
paperwork.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, gift certificates, and Discover are all acceptable forms of
payment. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
• If you need to cancel an appointment please give a 24 hour
notice. If you can not give a 24 hour notice you may be charged up to
50% of our regular price for the time you have reserved. If you do not
show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged in full for the
service you have scheduled. Since the time was reserved for you it is nearly
impossible to fill that slot with little or no notice. We do realize that
emergencies happen, so call and we can discuss your situation. |

NOISE
Please turn off all electronic devices (cell phones, pager, etc.)
and remember to keep your voice down in order to keep from disturbing other
clients.
BEHAVIOR AND MISCELLANEOUS
As a courtesy to your practitioner please come in clean and prepared
for your massage with any concerns you may have. Please inform your massage
therapist of any changes in medical conditions or address and phone number.
Please refrain from attending a massage when you have any contagious
illness.
Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client
will result in immediate termination of the session, and they will be liable
for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
